The Orchestra Academy is a new form of cooperation between Tampere Music Academy and the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra that aims to prepare music students for actual working life as a musician. The Orchestra Academy provides students with coaching towards auditions as well as lectures on topics regarding the actual working life of a musician. Through participating in the Orchestra Academy the students also get an all-round view of the orchestral literature and core repertoire awaiting them once they graduate.
